Review: The Ultimate Edge for Skimmers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been using the Hinders Supercharged Natural Black for a few sessions now, and it has quickly become my "secret weapon" for targeting skimmers and silverfish. If you’re fishing clear water or high-pressure venues where the fish are a bit finicky, this stuff is a game-changer.
Why It Works
The dark profile is perfect for keeping fish comfortable over the feed; they don't feel exposed against a light-colored bottom, which keeps them lingering in the swim much longer. The "Supercharged" element really does seem to trigger a faster response—the scent is potent but natural.
My Pro-Tip: Pre-Sieving for Perfection
While it's great straight out of the bag, I prefer a much finer consistency to create that irresistible "cloud" effect without overfeeding the fish. Here is how I prep it:
The Dry Sieve: Before adding any water, I pass the dry groundbait through a medium-fine mesh sieve.
Remove the Bulk: This allows me to remove the larger particles and seeds. I set those aside to use as a separate "booster" or discard them if I want a completely smooth mix.
The Result: What’s left is a uniform, flour-like powder that absorbs moisture evenly and breaks down instantly upon hitting the water.
Performance on Skimmers
For skimmers, this bait is top-tier. Because it’s finely textured (after sieving) and dark, it creates a carpet of attraction that they can sift through without getting filled up. I’ve noticed a significant increase in the stamp of fish staying on the spot once they find it.
Bottom Line: If you want a versatile, high-attraction dark bait that gives you total control over texture, you can't beat this.
Used lots of tigers over the last couple of years and had lots of fish. They are fantastic. As its wonter and cold i thought I would give the blitz boilie a go. I dont buy shelf lifes at all but the faith i have had from hinders made me give it a go. I had 3 fish first time out. Nothing big but around the 15 pound mark and lovely dark commons so happy days.
This has become 1 of my favourite items and I won't been seen on the bank with out it that strong fishy aroma with hints of wonderful flavours can draw even a winter carp from a slumber
As a top Tip take 3 parts multimix and add 1 part water (the magic is the water is 50/50 with liquid food) mix and let this stand of 10 mins the result is a sticky but dry groundbait that fish just can't resist
If your fishing a maggot feeder just before the cast stick the noizel in and give it a squeeze and cast out ive been doing this for a few years after watching the carp lads fishing solid bags
If you require an extra sweetness adding to anything this is need to be used truly outstanding product.
A top Tip would be to clean off as much maize as possible add a few drops of this followers by a teaspoon worth of betalin b powder give them a good mix and your maggots will be taken to the next level
This is such a good additive. When ever I fish corn This is always a got to item not only does it really make the corns natural sweetness much more intense it also really make the yellow colour pop
