Delivery & Returns

Delivery to Mainland UK Only (Residential or Business)..

  • Standard delivery orders and orders for frozen items placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday
  • We are unable to offer delivery on a Weekend or Bank Holiday
  • *Free delivery offers normally apply to standard service only. 
  • If your order is of high value it must be signed for on delivery and we may ask that it is delivered to the card holders address. We will confirm this with you via email
  • All other deliveries should be signed for if possible but if your goods can be left safely please indicate instructions during the checkout process. (Unfortunately we are unable to give instructions for Royal Mail Deliveries)
  • We are happy to dispatch orders to a different address to the registered cardholder. If the delivery address is different please ensure you enter this during the check out process
  • Deliveries can be made up to 8pm and will be attempted twice but may be chargeable on the third occasion.
  • If your order is damaged in transit or is missing items then please contact us immediately on 01793 333900
  • If your goods are out of stock we will contact you before dispatch and offer, 1. To wait for the goods to come back into stock or 2. Refund your credit or debit card
  • We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Please check your account status for a regular update on your order
  • All of our Perishable/Frozen Products will be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery Service.

Delivery to Europe

Due to Brexit we are currently unable to delivery any items to Europe. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that this will change in due course.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, please remember you can order with confidence as we will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. All we ask is that you return it to us within 7 Days and in original packaging. You can contact us via info@hinders.co.uk or call us on 01793 333900. In order for us to process your enquiry more efficiently then please have your order number and home postcode ready.

  • You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items
  • We recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for returning items
