Describe yourself as an angler:I have been fishing for as long as I can remember! I enjoy all types of angling, mainly carp fishing nowadays but also enjoy trotting, lure fishing for pike, float fishing for tench, catfishing, fishing from the rocks and cliffs on the coast and beach fishing also. I enjoy specimen angling but I am also a bit of a species hunter at times, having caught some rather unusual species, from some incredible venues; I enjoy the chase and thrill of different techniques and species.

Favourite Venue: Apart from my club venues, my favourite day ticket is probably Farlows, non-carp my favourite venue is a cliff mark in South Wales.

Favourite Species: I would say Carp but I think a lot will say the same! So excluding Carp, I would say it has to be Pike for freshwater, Undulate Ray for shore fishing.

Favourite Method/Approach: Got to be stalking or snag fishing

Favourite Hinders Bait: Blitz Boilies

Most memorable session: I have been fortunate enough to have lots of memorable sessions, but a big one would be landing my target fish and biggest Carp in the water early morning of a work day and sharing the moment with a good friend of mine, next to landing a Salmon on Grayling gear on the River Itchen with the same friend.
