Describe yourself as an angler- I’m a very passionate match angler and love the good crack and banter on the bank.

I rely on logic that a lot of others don’t seem to use, and once I’m set on something I’m stubborn enough to stick with it right to the last second. I always fishmy match, not everyone else’s — I don’t get dragged into their plans or panic changes. I fish because I genuinely love it, so I fish the way I enjoy. I like all styles, but winter skimmer fishing is right up there for me. It’s steady, technical, and exactly the kind of fishing I thrive on.

Favourite species - Love the lot, but a bag full of good skimmers 

Favourite method - long pole in winter for skimmers and against cover in edge for carp and f1s.

Winning 2 day festival and a real good run of form thought out the spring and summer heading into the Winter. 

Target for next 12months -maintain the run of good form, work hard to always try find those edges eve and target some of qualifiers for big finals
