Spent the weekend on Bramble Mere Cotswold Carp Fishery. The changeable weather and bitter cold strong wind meant bites were hard to come by but switching between fishing over bait or casting zigs to showing fish I did manage to catch four including one of the lakes ‘A-team’ the ‘Heart Shape Lin’ at 31lb 10oz as well as Carp of 13lb 14oz, 19lb 5oz and 23lb 8oz.

The Carp were either caught on zigs dipped in, the original and still the best, Hinders Bait Betalin or on the Hinders Betalin & Plum wafters over a bed of bait consisting of Hemp and Cut Maize, chopped Blitz and Nut 365 boilies and Blitz Pellets glugged with the Blitz liquid food.
