Meadowlands Pairs Match

Fished Meadowlands Pairs match today, my draw put me on peg 10 Lambsdown Lake. I fished several lines with groundbait laced with caster and dead maggot, to catch small skimmers to win my section and match with 27.6lb. My pairs partner Roy Woodward drew peg 18 Warren Lake, he also had a successful day catching 14lbs of skimmers for 3rd in hi section. This gave us overall points of 4 to come joint 1st but lost out on weight so came 3rd in the end.
