New Barbel PB for Ben

Ben Garside (Emily's twin) visited Trent Sunday and although he didn't quite manage to beat his Sister he had a new pb of 10lb 5oz and 7 barbel between 7lb and 10-5, all on Elips Dumbells in conjunction with a new liquid on test. Well done Ben.
