Section win for Chris at Boddington

Fished the Golden Rod qualifier at Boddington reservoir on Saturday. Drew peg 5 on the sailing club side, not a area I’ve been to before so went to the peg just hoping for a bend in the rod. I had a common about 12lb on the first cast but then lost 3 big fish on the next 3 casts. I managed to land 6 carp for 55lb and win the section by default. It was a pleasure to be on the bank in that sunshine.

I’ve caught all the fish on method feeder at mid range with micros soaked in Tutti Additives with a test Wafter on the hook.
