I recently enjoyed a day out with my fishing buddy "Steve Q" we opted to just fish one swim and take it in turns if we managed a few. Thankfully we had a great morning with several double takes. We fished pellet feeders cast tight to the far margin reed line which worked well for a couple of hours. The sun put in an appearance mid morning which sent more and more carp to the surface layers and the action soon slowed.

We opted to go stalking with a free lined floater which paid off, we received a few takes some missed were missed opportunities and landed a few to finish the day.
Bait used:
Tutti Expander Mix (Pellet Feeders)
XO Carp Mini Wafters (guru qm1 bait band rig size 12)
Tutti 6mm Feed Pellet - Walked round and feed margin line
Floater 11mm - Surface hookbait
