Preparation Guide • Soak for 24 hours in cold water • Boil or simmer for 25–35 minutes until most seeds split and white shoots appear • Leave to cool in the natural cooking juices to retain maximum oil and flavour

Bought one of the big jars of Chinese hemp and it's absolutely brilliant stuff. Every grain of hemp is perfect and when used provided and amazing bait which has definitely helped bring fish into the swim. The large jars are brill and keeps great. Would highly recommend. 🎣🎣
