Preparation Guide • Soak for 24 hours in cold water • Boil or simmer for 25–35 minutes until most seeds split and white shoots appear • Leave to cool in the natural cooking juices to retain maximum oil and flavour

I shall not be able to use it till the Spring but I am sure it will work well for me as I have used your products in the past and not been disappointed.
