The hemp small no good for hooking

I am not pleased with the hemp it is a lot smaller then I expected as I thought I was buying large hemp as was advertised.

Unlike all previous batches this recent batch was not good. Either through age or non-viability there was very poor splitting.
Soaked for 16 hours. Brought to the boil and simmered for 40 minutes - very poor percentage of split
