East Midlands Winter league round 2 practice today split between Creek Cottage and March. My draw put me on peg 73 which is three pegs away from the bypass bridge where the overflow from the drains come in. Throughout the day I managed to catch small Roach and Rudd over several lines to weigh 8lb 8oz which put me 3rd in my section with both pegs up to the bridge beating which was as I expected to be honest. I had the privilege of using a new groundbait from Hinders which was Hinders Super Charged Natural Black a very much hemp based mix perfect for the matches on the East Midlands Winter league.
