Preparation Guide
• Soak for 24 hours in water (optional: add sugar or Betalin)
• Boil or simmer for 24–40 minutes until golden and fulfilled

Whilst some people are nervous of properly preparing tigers we found the simple instructions on the Hinders website easy to follow and boosted them with a splash of betalin. We then sealed them up and left them to go nice and gloopy before adding them (along with plenty of the gloop) to our spod mix.
Nuts were clean, evenly sized, and clearly carefully sourced, making them easy to prepare and very consistent once soaked and cooked.
After soaking and boiling, they swell nicely and release a strong natural sweetness, producing that milky, attractive cloud tiger nuts are known for.
