Successful social session for Paul at Stockton reservoir

Just home from an arm aching 24hr social session at Stockton reservoir. It was a close friends funeral yesterday so we decided to have a social after to give him a send off. 
In total we managed about 90 fish between us, I personally managed over 50 fish with commons and mirrors to low 20’s average around 13-14lb and didn’t fish from midnight till 630am! 
I fished solid bags of Mini Combo soaked in tutti oil and tried all the hookbaits in the range dipped in Betalin, the Cherry Bon Bons and Tutti wafters brought the quickest bites and the better stamp. I also tried plain mini combo vs tutti oil soaked mini combo and again it was conclusive the tutti oil was bringing much quicker bites and I couldn’t keep 2 rods in the water!
I kept the bait going on little and often with the spod, a mix of 8.5mm tutti pellet, 12 and 15mm mystic plum, corn and mini combo kept the fish coming! 
Thoroughly enjoyable session with good company and a great send off for my friend John.
