Thanks so much for your feedback – we really appreciate you taking the time.
Just to clarify, there’s no need to pierce the nozzle. The bottle has a two-part black cap: you can twist off the outer black cone to reveal the built-in nozzle underneath.
Once you’re done using it, just reattach the outer cap securely to keep it sealed and leak-free. If anything still seems off, feel free to reach out – we’re always happy to help!

On arrive to me the bait booster had leaked out the pot and there was hardly any left in the little booster bottle
I received a well packaged delivery on the promised delivery date with messages informing me the status of my items. I cooked the partiblend today and I was well impressed with how easy it was to cook. I will cook the remaining bags on the bank. I was very impressed with the whole order, delivery and the product.
I will be back for more.
