Fishing the River Thames at Lechlade

After staying home and drinking hot chocolate last night I treated myself to New Years Day on the River Thames with Terry Hicks as we used to go every year until I discovered beer. We both had a cracking 4hrs myself catching plump roach one a bung made even better when I had a big dog chub.

All we fished was the bolo. Had a lovely morning watching all the hang overs walk past all caught feeding Hinders Pollys Punch Crumb and hemp with flake or maggot on the hook.
