Winter Roach Fishing
Great day out Winter Roach Fishing the other day coaching Mike for his birthday that his daughter treated him to. Mike is one of the owners at Rib Valley Angling and wanted a day on the river natural fishing so off to the River Ouse at St.Neots.
We set-up upstream of the town bridge on Treasure Island and treasure Mike found in the form of Roach a bung. Mike fished Polly’s Punch Crumb with an MP Roach 0.75g at 9m and a waggler on maggot.
Mike fished for 4 hours and had double figures of Roach and Dace, All the Dace came on the waggler with one 4oz Chub and all Roach on the Bread Punch every put in
