Match Win For Team Member Kev

2nd Match of the season at Stake Lake .
Another great match and result for me this weekend, I managed to win the match with over 70lb of carp, on what was a really hot day with flat water conditions and the fish not really wanting to play ball. I began my match by starting on the matrix pellet feeder loaded with Hinders 2.3mm micros soaked in Tutti Betalin and on the business end I opted for the new Hinders wafter range, starting on the white tutti 6mm which proved deadly, as within 2 minutes of casting the rod hooped round. This action continued for about 1 hour at the beginning of the match. So with things slowing down I decided to start pinging some tutti 8.5mm pellets across over the feeder, as well as a change in bait. My bait choice this time would be another new range wafter, the XO Carp which is bright pink and full of flavour. Yet again this proved to be another good choice by me, as within 2 minutes the rod hooped right around again. This continued for the rest of the match. I would also like to say a big thanks to Mark and Rich of New century A.C for putting on another good match. After being away from match fishing for awhile the club have been really welcoming to me and I couldn't ask to fish with a better bunch of lads.
