Winter Zig Fishing bags Paul his first Carp of 2019

Really pleased to get off the mark for 2019, I managed this nice one this morning from my syndicate, I’d been fishing zigs for the first 24hrs with the pressure being high but swapped over to a bed of Mystic Plum Crumb, corn and maggots halfway through the session as it dropped and it’s paid off. A Cherry Bon Bon Pop Uptipped off with a maggot cluster soaked in Betalin Plum was the winner, and a big result as the lake had shut up shop for the previous 4 weeks so I’m buzzing with this for January.
