After a four-year absence, I recently returned to the Bayeswater day ticket lake. Arriving after work in the darkness, I walked around the lake searching for a sign. Finally, I decided to set up in an area with a southwest wind. It proved to be a wise decision, as I had an incredible day of fishing, landing four impressive catches weighing 21lb 8oz, 25lb 12oz, 26lb and the best at 27lb 14oz.
